The closing of the transaction is a key milestone in Norgine's history, following more than 110 years of family ownership by the Stein family (who will retain a significant stake in the Company). With Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a key partner, Norgine is strongly positioned to fulfill its mission of bringing transformative medicines to market, while placing patients resolutely at the center of its strategy.
