Works has announced that its Next Generation Managed Services partnership with Ooredoo Algeria has been named "Managed Services Innovation of the Year" at the Glotel Awards 2022. Held earlier this year in London, Telecoms.com's Glotel Awards recognize innovation and excellence in the telecommunications sector and reward the key players that are shaping the future of the industry.

With highly successful improvement metrics, the project has resulted in a 16% increase in Ooredoo's global CSAT (Global NPS) indicator within 3 months. Basic Consistent Quality and Excellent Consistent Quality were two crowdsourced metrics that achieved 9% and 15% improvement respectively. There was also a 15% improvement in Algiers Capital OSS KPIs.
