New data management solution manages nearly a billion data records and provides more personalized service to more than two million customers
LISBON, Portugal, April 3, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelidade, a leading Portuguese life and non-life insurance provider, has partnered with DXC Technology to successfully implement a new Customer Data Center to manage almost 1 billion records and be able to offer more personalized services to Fidelidade's 2.3 million customers.

To offer an improved digital experience to its customers, Fidelidade has implemented a new Customer Data Center. By moving 980 million customer records into a centralized database powered by Qlik Replicate technology and the Mongo database, Fidelidade now has quick access to real-time information, enabling it to respond to client requests. customers faster and be more agile in the market.
Processing up to 250,000 daily interactions from 1.2 million mobile users of the Fidelidade app and website, DXC has also implemented data analytics to improve and personalize policy options for clients.
