Prodware, a leading digital transformation consultancy with more than 30 years of experience working with large organizations, mid-markets and fast-growing SMEs, has announced the acquisition of Westpole Benelux to further expand and strengthen its presence in Europe.

With a presence in 4 countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Italy), Westpole Benelux has more than 40 years of experience in the information technology industry as a provider of external services, sales process management, cloud computing and cybersecurity solutions.

Westpole is in charge of managing the strategic IT systems of government institutions in Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and those of the European Union. The group also has a strong presence within the banking and public sectors, as well as with major industrial players. Westpole Benelux has 320 employees and generates around €40 million in revenue.

This acquisition is fully aligned with Prodware's growth and expansion strategy in the sense that:

• Strengthens the geographical footprint and opens up new markets, for example in Italy.

• Strengthens the portfolio of products and services in the Cloud, Security or Compliance business sectors, areas in which Westpole Benelux has extensive experience.

• Allows access to new markets such as the Public Sector and Banking.
