The exonerated person could not cope with his situation of over-indebtedness and took advantage of the Second Chance Law

The Court of First Instance No. 2 of Orihuela (Alicante) has issued a Benefit of Exoneration of Unsatisfied Liabilities (BEPI) in the case of a man from Alicante (Valencian Community), who has thus been exonerated from a debt of 14,900 euros. The debtor was in a situation of insolvency because he was unable to meet his monetary obligations. With no assets, he owed seven banks and financial institutions.
