Madrid, January 3

The law firm has more than 20,000 individuals and freelancers who have trusted them with their history of over-indebtedness

The Court of First Instance No. 1 of Dénia (Alicante, Valencian Community) has issued a Benefit of Exoneration of Unsatisfied Liabilities (BEPI) in the case of a person with a debt of 152,000 euros that he could not meet. The case has been processed by Repara tu Deuda Abogados, the leading law firm in Spain in the Second Chance Law. SEE JUDGMENT"The main cause of his anguish -the lawyers explain- was caused by the accumulation of debts. When he realized that he was not able to pay the loans, he continued to do everything in his power: he requested a loan to manage to pay for everything. However, the situation became more complicated and unsustainable". He put his case in the hands of Repara tu Deuda Abogados in order to benefit from the Second Chance Law, and he has been free of his debts. As it did at the time, more than 20,000 individuals and freelancers have decided to have the services of the law firm with the aim of having a new life. The Second Chance Law came into force in Spain in 2015. It is increasingly known for people who have seen in this mechanism the possible solution to all their problems to get up without debt. By dedicating itself exclusively to the application of this legislation, Repara tu Deuda Abogados has managed to exceed the figure of 110 million euros exonerated to its clients, which makes it a leader in this market.Put yourself in the hands of a professional law firm and specialized training is key to success in the process. In this sense, the success stories that can be demonstrated through judgments are essential when it comes to offering certainty to those who doubt whether or not to start the process. For this reason, the law firm publishes all the judgments in which they have participated, respecting the anonymity of those who wish to maintain it. Some exonerated decide to tell their story of over-indebtedness in the first person and, also, how they feel once they have been able to cancel all the payments due. In order to be a beneficiary of this legislation, it is necessary to meet a series of prerequisites. Among them, the amount of the debt cannot exceed 5 million euros and it must be demonstrated that good faith has been acted throughout the process.
