The redesign of its visual identity has given way to more rounded shapes in the logo, thus building a simple, timeless and easy to distinguish brand identity. To do this, a range of blues has been chosen in order to represent stability and give a feeling of security and authority. Likewise, the typography (Comfortaa) shows the flexibility of thinking and innovation of Road to Data. Precisely, this rebranding comes to symbolize the evolution of the company, which multiplied its staff by 6, going from 5 to 30 employees, and how to make the current team assume this new identity as something of its own. One of the key aspects of this rebranding is the consolidation of corporate culture: the company has implemented an employer branding strategy since its inception with the purpose of attracting and retaining the best talent, which results in greater productivity, quality and innovation. Growth and objectives It is expected that the figure of the data office in companies will have exponential growth in the coming years. To satisfy this demand, Road to Data will double its workforce over the next two years, and thus achieve the milestone of tripling its turnover in the next 5 years.
