Jose Eshkenazi Smeke confirms that FC Barcelona Femenil participates in Campeonas 2023 presented by Soccer Media Solutions
FC Barcelona Femenil will be in Mexico this summer on an unprecedented tour. Women's FC Barcelona will participate in Camp3onas 2023 presented by Soccer Media Solutions where they will play two matches in Mexico and debut the title of the UEFA Women's Champions League and La Liga Femenil (Spain). Club América Femenil champion of Liga MX 2023, and Tigres Women's, three-time Liga MX champion, will be their rivals, this coming August 29 and September 1, respectively.Soccer Media Solutions, a Mexican company with more than 15 years of experience connecting brands with the main sports and entertainment properties, is responsible for to carry out this world-class event. The cities of Mexico and Monterrey will witness the best sporting event of this summer. Club América, is the current champion of the MX Women's League, and Club Tigres, is the three-time champion of the same League, for what promises to be two games of the highest quality. The two-time World Cup Azteca stadium will dress up this coming August 29 and the Universitario stadium will do the same on September 1. Both venues will receive the team of the best player in the world, the Spanish Alexia Putellas, who has also been a player for the Spanish National Team since 2013. Barcelona FC has several other figures who are part of the Spanish National Team, such as goalkeeper Cata Coll, the defenders Irene Paredes, Laia Codina and Jana Fernández, the midfielders Aitana Bonmatí, Maria Pérez and the forwards Mariona Caldentey and Salma Paralluelo. In addition to the two matches at the Azteca stadium and the Universitario stadium, FC Barcelona will hold a series of activities in Mexico, such as a gala dinner for the press and sponsors, open-door training, as well as autograph signings with dates and places yet to be defined.
