The Military and Hospital Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem highlights collaboration with the Transformative Education Giving Fund during a Vatican meeting with the Scholas Occurrentes Foundation and Pope Francis

The Transformative Education Fund welcomes the opportunity to develop a new global partnership with the Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem to support the educational work of the Scholas Occurrentes Foundation and the PVBLIC Foundation. The Order of Saint Lazarus was represented by his Grand Master, His Excellency Don Francisco de Borbón Graf von Hardenberg in a meeting with the World Directors of Scholas Occurrentes and His Holiness Pope Francis to recognize this new opportunity.
VATICAN CITY - In November 2022, the PVBLIC Foundation hosted its annual private meeting with the senior leadership of Scholas Occurrentes and His Holiness Pope Francis, creator and promoter of the foundation, to officially bless and celebrate the support of the Donor Fund for Transformative Education to global education projects.

The Order's activities are worldwide, with a special focus on Hansen's disease (also known as leprosy). Through its activities in the fields of charity, philanthropy, health and education, the Order contributes to the achievement of the objectives and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the Statute of the Council of Europe.

The Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem
The Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem is an ecumenical organization of hospitable Christians whose spirit goes back to the Holy Land and the Crusades, having its foundation in the 12th century. The Order is one of the smallest orders of chivalry with a membership of approximately 4,500 in Grand Priories, Grand Bailiffs, Priories, Bailiffs and Delegations on five continents. The Order's traditional humanitarian activities are in the field of leprosy, but its philanthropic activities have now spread to other fields by supporting various medical missions in the developing world.

The Education Transformation Fund is a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) that can be supported by any contribution of assets: cash, stock or other assets. The Donor Fund for Transformative Education was created and is governed by the Scholas Occurrentes Foundation and the PVBLIC Foundation.
