In the coming months, test takers will be able to:

People who have already registered for a TOEFL iBT test have the option to reschedule their test date for free if they want to experience these new enhancements, or to move up their test date before they go into effect. Free rescheduling can be done until April 30, 2023 through your TOEFL account. Additionally, updated versions of the TOEFL iBT Free Practice Test and TOEFL iBT Practice Sets are now available on the TOEFL website. Other free and paid test preparation options will be updated to reflect these changes in the coming weeks.

For score users, the TOEFL iBT scoring scale remains the same, so your requirements may also remain the same. The TOEFL test continues to be the most reliable, valid, and secure option for score users around the world. And now, with these additional enhancements, users can be sure that the test-taking experience is now more enjoyable, saving them time and reducing anxiety on test day.
