Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALPP), a leading operator and small business owner in the market, announced that its subsidiary, Vayu Aerospace Corporation (Vayu), has received its first P.O. from the US Government contractor, All American Contracting, Inc., (All American) for ten G1 MKIII Fixed Wing UAV's. In late May 2023, Vayu hosted All American Contracting and a Nigerian delegation at its facilities from Ann Arbor, Michigan for an in-person flight demonstration and production inspection of the G1 MKIII airframe. The primary use case for this delegation is with the Nigerian agricultural industry for the purpose of monitoring and analyzing large tracts of land. Under the terms of the existing Supply Agreement between Vayu and All American, the terms of the Purchase Order include a 1-year warranty for the airframes, electric motors and electronic components and a 5-year warranty for the engine. Vayu will also provide on-site training to All American customer pilots. In addition, the purchase order requires a down payment of 10%, and the final payment will be sent before delivery.
