When making a brief review of the improvements that have been implemented this year, the following stand out:
• In the area of human resources, the functionality of the employee portal has been expanded, allowing all procedures related to the employment relationship and corporate communication to be carried out; All sections have been improved, specifically the management area for managers; and the approval and notice flows have been refined, favoring two-way communication. There have also been great advances in talent management, career plans and performance evaluation, now having one of the most complete solutions on the market.
• In the logistics area, progress has been made in the usability of the tool and the possible adaptations through managers; as well as in the improvement of automatisms that provide faster performance of repetitive and manual tasks.
• In the financial and accounting area, work has continued on facilitating applications that carry out administrative actions on a massive scale and save a great deal of time, such as the synchronization of bank movements, and improvements in accounting reporting and budget and monitoring reports.
• With respect to the web and online store, we have opted to improve the speed of navigation; as well as to expand the operation of the managers, so that the personalization of the web is allowed according to the needs of each company.
In 2023, the company plans to work on consolidating the functionality of the product in order to offer its customers widely operational and robust software.
