Anna Kofoed will be, as of November 15, the new executive director of Viaje and member of the Board of Directors of Allianz Partners. With 25 years of experience in the travel technology industry, Anna will bring her extensive experience and perspectives to the business, particularly in the areas of digital services and innovation.
Allianz Partners, a global leader in insurance and support services, has announced the appointment of Anna Kofoed as the new CEO of Travel and member of the Allianz Partners Group Board of Directors. Anna joins Allianz Partners after working at Amadeus, a leading travel technology company, providing B2B and B2B2C services. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President for EMEA Travel Sellers, playing an essential role in shaping the travel industry in the digital ecosystem. Previously, Anna has worked in numerous global senior positions at Amadeus, from Marketing and Sales to Strategy and Business Planning. She has an MBA from Copenhagen Business School in her native Denmark and has just obtained a certificate from Harvard's Advanced Management Program. Anna Kofoed succeeds Damien Ladous in her role. Damien has led the Travel business line since 2021 and in early 2023, he was appointed Group CFO, a role he will continue to play, in addition to continuing to serve on the Allianz Partners Group Board of Directors.
