Madrid, November 16, 2023.- The Spanish Confederation of Seniors' Organizations (CEOMA) and the Másfamilia Foundation have signed a collaboration agreement today to develop joint initiatives "that promote a respectful, proactive and inclusive culture with the senior community."

The president of CEOMA, Sabina Camacho, and the director of Fundación Másfamilia, Roberto Martínez, participated in the signing of the agreement. The objective of the agreement is to work together to fight against age discrimination, since "it is one of the main causes of social rejection in the elderly population and, in particular, with the management of senior talent." The initiative aims to distinguish those organizations with best practices and that support senior talent.

According to both organizations, "decidedly and genuinely supporting senior talent in organizations is a clear commitment to competitiveness, as well as an exercise in social responsibility, framed in the Sustainable Development Goals - SDG and the United Nations 2030 Agenda."

The agreement reached establishes that CEOMA will support the 'mástalentosénior' badge developed and promoted by the Másfamilia Foundation, the Spanish Association of Executives and Counselors and the Máshumano Foundation. Likewise, Fundación Másfamilia will recommend the 'Elderly Friendly Company' accreditation from CEOMA as a complement to its badge.
