The Court of First Instance No. 1 of Gijón (Asturias) has ruled that she meets the necessary requirements to avail herself of the Second Chance Law as being a debtor in good faith, not exceeding the 5 million euros as an amount owed and not having been convicted of socioeconomic crimes in the last ten years.
