The presenter knows the story of a beneficiary who has paid 10,803 euros with the Second Chance Law
The famous presenter, Javier Cárdenas, has had a conversation with a new beneficiary of the Second Chance Law thanks to the steps taken by Repara tu Deuda, a pioneering law firm and leader in Spain in its processing. In this interview, which can be heard in the OKdiario program, 'Get up OK', brings the story of Amaya Robles, a resident of Gijón (Asturias), who has been exonerated from an accumulated debt of 10,803 euros. COMPLETE INTERVIEW As she herself explains, "I became unemployed and because of that I was unable to pay off some debts with the banks, which were a personal loan, a credit card and some insurance payments. Time went by and I couldn't pay it. Then I began to receive letters, notices and calls of all kinds asking me to pay". These circumstances led to her having to avail herself of the Second Chance Law. The Court of First Instance No. 1 of Gijón (Asturias) has ruled that she meets the necessary requirements to avail herself of the Second Chance Law as being a debtor in good faith, not exceeding the 5 million euros as an amount owed and not having been convicted of socioeconomic crimes in the last ten years. So you can start a second life freed from your debts. SEE JUDGMENT Javier Cárdenas is the new customer advocate for Repara tu Deuda.
