The company celebrates 20 years of activity by incorporating this pioneering technology in the market

Madrid, March 30, 2023.- Geosec, a company specialized in soil consolidation and micropiling, has presented Robopile worldwide, a semi-automatic robotic machine capable of quickly and sequentially placing steel micropiles on the ground where the plant will be located. foundation of any type of structure."At Geosec we are committed to research and development of new products and innovative machinery. Robopile is an example of the use of cutting-edge technology for the execution of structural steel micropiles for deep foundations", says Marcos Leal , director of Geosec Spain. The industrial use of this technology will be mainly intended for new and large works, as well as in buildings and infrastructures already built. Leal explains that Robopile offers a pioneering and optimal service for the installation of micropiles quickly and safely, and he believes that it will be a fundamental piece in the present and future operations of the company. "This 2023 Geosec celebrates 20 years in the market and we wanted to celebrate it with this important launch," says Leal. Geosec automated piling technology, a company specialized in underpinning foundations, explains that this machine helps to improve the application efficiency and the effectiveness of placing steel micropiles, being able to achieve the execution of more than 80 piles per day for a minimum external diameter of 62 mm and more than 60 piles per day for a maximum diameter of 152 mm. As detailed by the company, Robopile allows the improvement of the safety conditions of construction workers by significantly reducing manual handling activities on board the machinery. "The device is highly automated and remotely controlled, being perfectly capable of electronically transposing a work plan and applying the corresponding control protocol," says Leal. Another of the advantages that stands out from Geosec is that Robopile drives each micropile without removing soil, modulating the driving method according to three different options: driving by pressure, driving by vibration or pressure combined with vibro-drive." Advantages is the expansion of the operational context of placing micropiles, that is, the possibility of placing deeper than with traditional machinery, not only in cohesive soils, but also in granular and mixed ones thanks to the computerized system for changing the driving method" , explains Leal. From Geosec, they emphasize that this new technology for driving micropiles has obtained the positive technical opinion of the competent bodies, and complies with the procedures and regulations required in the construction sector.ContactContact name: Irene AguadoPhone number contact: 915672585
