Reaches 21.8 million turnover and expects to exceed 40 million in 2026

Barcelona, ​​February 28, 2023.- With double-digit organic growth driven by the migration to SaaS (software as a service) and after successfully completing 4 acquisition operations, 2022 was set to be the best year in its history in sales. The national company of integral services in HR, Grupo Castilla, consolidates its expansion plan combining organic growth with value acquisitions in the sector. In addition, it obtained an EBITDA of 3.3 million euros, 18% higher than the previous year. Despite the great uncertainty that operates in the markets, the HR services and solutions firm achieved excellent results in new clients in the middle segment -high, materializing 43 new HCM (Human Capital Management) implementation projects, 126% more than the previous year. In addition, 76% of them in the cloud, confirming the clear market trend towards the SaaS model. It also experienced strong growth in knowledge-based businesses such as BPO (payroll service outsourcing), where it tripled its volume of activity, reaching 28,500 managed monthly payrolls. These results place the company in a leadership position in its segment, despite the turmoil that a good part of technology companies are going through around the world.
