TAIPEI, Sept. 20, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- iCana Limited (iCana), a supplier of fabless semiconductor RF components for wireless telecommunications, introduced its ICAMB2629-A millimeter wave beamforming IC for the n257 and n261 bands at the stand 546C at the European Microwave Week 2023, which was held from September 19 to 21 in Berlin (Germany).

The official launch of the beamforming integrated circuit marks a milestone for iCana in the 5G millimeter wave infrastructure market by offering a cost-effective, high-performance solution. The ICAMB2629-A is a highly integrated beamforming IC manufactured for 26.5 GHz to 29.5 GHz and comes in a compact 4.6 x 5.1 mm2 90-pin BGA package.
