Isabel Martínez de Leiva, area manager, and Laura García Pérez, head of people and organization, are the new additions to the brand specialized in mastery and excellence
Madrid, March 2, 2023- MAEX, a brand specialized in dental expertise and excellence, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Isabel Martínez de Leiva as area manager, and Laura García Pérez, as head of people and organization of the firm.
Isabel Martínez de Leiva, area manager of MAEX, has a degree in Business Administration and Management and has more than ten years of experience in the oral sector, holding managerial positions in dental aesthetic centers and director of a leading clinic in the dental sector.
Among the functions that he develops as the manager area of the brand are ensuring the proper functioning of the clinics with the highest quality standards; the preparation of monthly reports of the main KPI`s and the elaboration and control of the strategic plans of each clinic. Isabel is also responsible for promoting and strengthening good practices; technical excellence, knowledge and quality and attention. In addition, she offers support to the rest of the company's departments: management control, talent, financial department or HR.
For her part, Laura García Pérez, head of people and organization at MAEX, has a degree in Psychology and has an advanced course in Human Resources Management and Management and a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology. Laura has 10 years of experience, working in consulting and in People and Organization departments of consolidated companies from different sectors. In 2016 she began her career in the dental sector, being responsible for teams in different clinics nationwide.
As head of people and organization at MAEX, his main task is the implementation of the corporate culture for the transformation and strategic development of the brand, implementing a participative leadership style, based on the generation of respect and trust. For this, Laura will carry out specific functions such as the integration of new clinics to the brand; analysis of compensation policies; clinical equipment sizing; talent management and training; LinkedIn content management; climate management and job satisfaction, labor relations and occupational risk prevention.
