As part of this transaction, Nomadia's management team and the former majority owners will continue as investors in the company.
Based in France, Nomadia's mobile applications and SaaS solutions allow companies to plan and optimize their workers' commuting and activity in real time. Its solutions address the daily needs of mobile professionals such as technicians, sales representatives, and delivery drivers. Nomadia offers its clients a tangible return on investment that includes increases in material productivity and can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 30%. It offers its services to more than 2,200 clients and more than 188,000 users in 28 countries.
