Since then, it has tried to offer a way out of the debt problems of people who cannot afford the payments and who need to reactivate themselves in economic life. The law firm has more than 20,000 cases of people who have put their history of over-indebtedness on her hands. At present, it has exceeded the figure of 130 million euros in debt cancellation for its clients with the application of the Second Chance Law. Among its objectives is also the cancellation of credit cards, revolving cards, mini-loans, loans and mortgages.Repara tu Deuda fights so that anyone with debt problems can access the Second Chance Law. For this reason, it adapts the forms of payment based on the interests of the client himself. "Many people face the procedures with fear, mistakenly thinking that the process is more complicated than it really is. In addition, others cannot afford the high payments that some lawyers request," they say. "We -they add- believe that we have to be understanding of their situation, so we have to offer them different options so that they can start the process."
