Climbea, leader in data and technology solutions, will be the technological partner of the Sierra Nevada station in its 2030 Strategic Plan
Climbea, has been chosen as a technological partner of the Sierra Nevada Strategic Plan 2030. This plan has four objectives: economic and financial viability, service, zero carbon footprint and social and cultural identity. The project will consist of developing the digitization capacity of the plan , creating a data-driven company. Over the next four years, Climbea will work to improve the customer experience and optimize the resources of Cetursa, the company that manages Sierra Nevada. They will analyze critical indicators of the customer experience, such as foot traffic, purchase management and lane condition, to create strategies that directly impact each of the relevant indicators. Through analysis and creation of strategies, solutions will be found that have a direct impact on each of Cetursa's relevant indicators. This process will also be accompanied by a knowledge transfer that allows the company to acquire all the learning from analytics, in such a way that its teams can master self-service systems for the management of their information, which translates into greater speed and performance.
