Most Morris County schools have announced they'll have delayed openings Friday, February 10, 2017 due to the lingering snow from the first major snowstorm in the Garden State since early January.

The following schools will have a delayed schedule as of 7:40 p.m. Thursday: 

  • Boonton, delayed opening
  • Boonton Township, two-hour delay
  • Butler, 90-minute delay
  • Chester, two-hour delay
  • Denville, delayed opening
  • Dover, delayed opening
  • East Hanover, delayed opening
  • Florham Park, two-hour delay
  • Hanover, two-hour delay
  • Jefferson, two-hour delay
  • Kinnelon, 90-minute delay
  • Lincoln Park, two-hour delay
  • Mine Hill, 90-minute delay
  • Montville, two-hour delay
  • Morris County Vocational School District,  two-hour delay
  • Morris Hills Regional School District, two-hour delay
  • Morris Knolls Regional School District, two-hour delay
  • Morris Plains, two-hour delay
  • Morris School District,  two-hour delay
  • Mount Arlington, 90-minute delay
  • Mount Olive,  two-hour delay
  • Mountain Lakes,  two-hour delay
  • Netcong Elementary School, delayed opening
  • Parsippany, 90-minute delay
  • Randolph, 90-minute delay
  • Riverdale, delayed opening
  • Rockaway Borough, 90-minute delay
