The Rouen commercial court has upheld on Monday the offer of the belgian Rossel (the owner of The Voice of the North) on the regional daily newspaper in trouble Paris-Normandy, which plans to remove 60 jobs on 240.

The announcement was welcomed by the applause of some thirty employees of the newspaper, gathered in front of the court.
