The electoral commission of Belarus has declared the current head of the State Alexander Lukashenko winner of presidential elections. The president of 65-year-old won 80,23 % of the vote, announced on Monday in Minsk, the president of the Commission, Lilija Yermoschina.

The opponent of Lukashenko, Svetlana Tichanovskaya, received 9.9% of the vote. It has already announced that it would not acknowledge a defeat.
