The number of people who have contracted the coronavirus in Italy would be six times more important than the official number, according to a study published Tuesday.

This research, conducted by the health authorities and the bureau of statistics, Istat, estimated that 1.5 million Italians, or 2.5% of the population, have been able to develop antibodies to the coronavirus, reports the news agency Ansa.
