In Belgium, a ministerial decree makes the mask required in closed spaces. Wearing a mask tends to spread also in places and open public spaces. The people who don't follow the rule will face a fine of 250 euros. In regards to the marketers or managers, they can be fined 750 euros if they break the rule.

Spain has announced measures even more strong. It is from the age of six years that children must wear the mask in public places, closed and open. And the amount of the fine for non-compliance with wearing a mask can reach 6,000 euros in Extremadura, reports RTBF. In Spain, more than 280,000 people have been infected, and more than 28,000 died of the coronavirus.
