The royal meteorological Institute has extended until Tuesday, its red alert because of the heat wave stretching across the country, said on Monday, meteorologist David Dehenauw via Twitter.

The MRI had launched this alert to red Saturday. The whole country was concerned with the exception of the province of Luxembourg and of the coastline.
