Rudi Vervoort has signed this Wednesday morning, the royal decree imposing the obligation of wearing a mask in all public places in the brussels Region. The order suffers three exceptions : during the practice of a sport, of the completion of a physical labor intensive on the public highway, and for people with a disability, which does not allow them to wear a mask or a face shield.

The Area was clear enough : unless in very specific conditions of an activity strictly within the sport (with high speed), the mask is mandatory to bike.
