The commune of Etterbeek and brussels Region have agreed on a scheme of progressive redevelopment of the avenue de Tervuren between Merode and Montgomery square. They have presented, on Thursday evening, the residents of the project, which foresees, in the short term, the implementation of three tests for the transformation, in the medium term, of the avenue into an urban boulevard.

These tests will consist in the implementation of cycling infrastructure additional on the lane side north and south of the avenue, and a reduction in the number of lanes and speed on the berm central.
