The national security Council had announced on July 23, the upcoming online implementation of a form scanned that persons returning from travel will be required to fill out under penalty of a fine. The document found on the website of foreign Affairs has been updated and can be filled directly online in French, Dutch, German and English.

"If the nra has decided to make the form compulsory to all travellers, even those returning to a green zone, it is because the situation is changing very rapidly day by day," explains Gino Claes, a spokesman for inter-federal.
