Jean-François Istasse (PS), tipped as a future president of CPAS, and the municipal councillor Didier Nyssen (PS) sent on Friday a letter to the director-general of the City of Verviers announcing the withdrawal of their signatures to the future motion of no confidence collective. It provides for the establishment of a new majority, including the hrc. This withdrawal is blocking the political situation in Verviers.

Since a month, the situation is very tense within the college verviétois. The president of the CPAS, Hasan Aydin, is in the line of sight of a majority of the elected PS and its partners, and the majority of MR and New Verviers.
