CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Akron Zips are not expected to have a large class of football recruits for today's National Signing Day 2017, but the list will have its share of area talent, including defensive back Reggie Corner Jr. from Canton McKinley High.
Coach Terry Bowden will release his official list of recruits at a 4 p.m. fan and media session. Restbet But as of midday, the Zips were up to 13 signees, including seven from the Akron area.
