World’s hottest felon makes his sizzling runway debut

“Hot felon” Jeremy Meeks posed shirtless backstage at the Philipp Plein show, a tattooed arm slung casually on the metal chain-link fence erected behind him. For a second, it looked as if the criminally handsome hunk were back in prison.

The chiseled former convict was gearing up to strut his stuff in the landmark marble halls of the New York Public Library, alongside celebrity models including rappers Desiigner, Fetty Wap and Young Thug.

“I’m taking it all in and it’s a little overwhelming,” Meeks, 33, told The Post.

The New York Fashion Week show drew celebrities like Madonna, Kylie Jenner and Coco Rocha to the front row.

“This show is gonna be so epic. I’m just honored and blessed,” added the blue-eyed dreamboat, who is soft-spoken and has a gentle manner, despite having served more than a year in federal lockup for weapons violations and two years in state prison for grand theft.

In 2014, the authorities said he was a documented member of the Northside Gangster Crips.

Meeks, whose sexy mugshot went viral when the California’s Stockton Police Department posted it on Facebook in 2014, embarked on a modeling career after he was released in March 2016.

“There’s a lot of huge opportunities, the world is going to have to wait and see what transpires,” said the heartthrob, who has a distinctive teardrop tattoo next to his left eye.

As to whether his nickname bothers him, the married father of three shrugs it off.

“I’ll embrace the ‘hot felon,’ I’ll embrace whatever nickname the world wants to give me. I’m thankful,” he said.

Meeks headed off to slip into the black pants and shiny black fur-rimmed parka that he would wear on the runway.

“It’s 1,000% my style,” he said. “I could have put me in any outfit and I would have loved it.”

Meeks has drastically turned his life around following his stint in jail, during which he landed a modeling contract.

He frequently posts on Instagram, where he has 762,000 followers, about his new life including pictures of his Maserati, mansion and wife and kids.
