MOORESTOWN TWP. -- Township police are looking for a man wanted for allegedly stealing more than $10,000 in checks from the desks of employees in several law offices.

The suspect is wanted for entering law offices off Lenola Road and removing checks from desks of employees without being noticed, Moorestown police said. The man is also suspected in similar crimes in the region, police said.

The checks were cashed near East Brunswick in December. The values of the stolen checks were: $2,690.31; $2,800.44; $2,750 and $2,840.
