In a laboratory of British Ministry of Defence, it should be wise that poison comes from Russia. In tests it was only found that it was Nowitschok. According to laboratory director, only one State actor is able to produce poison.

Media report looks at origin of poison in Shikhany

The British The Times reported that nerve venom originated from a Russian military research facility in Shikhany. The British newspaper reported that smaller quantities of Nowitschok were stored re.
