In a mass brawl near Leipzig at least six people were injured. About 30 Germans and twelve foreigners were caught up in small town on Friday evening, police said. Wher origin of parties involved was reason for brawl was initially unclear. There have been several racist attacks in past few years.

In brawl on Friday, police said two men were injured in thigh by a stabbing, anor by a stun gun. The three are refore German. Three foreigners were also easily injured. According to a report by people's newspaper in Leipzig, which also relies on police information, foreigners were asylum seekers.
