The tournament WTA in Tokyo, that was to be held from 2 to 7 November in the japanese capital, has been cancelled due to the outbreak of coronavirus, have announced the organizers of the Pan Pacific Open on Tuesday.

The tournament in Tokyo is the third tournament of tennis japanese to be cancelled due to the Covid-19, after the tournament WTA of Hiroshima and the Open of Japan on the ATP tour.
