Thibault De Smet left St-Trond to Reims, where he will be the teammate of Thomas Foket and Wout Faes, recruited from Ostend.

De Smet, 22 years old, is presented by Reims as " a promising left-back with a true tactical intelligence coupled with a left-foot specific ". He is committed for four seasons with the sixth of the last championship of France.
