The K11, the association's unofficial of the eleven "small" clubs in division 1A of the belgian football, has submitted a proposal for the amendment of the articles of association in order to have an additional representative to the board of directors of the Pro League. The agency Belga has learned the information on Thursday. The proposal will be discussed on Friday, since the statutory elections will take place next week.

The general assembly of the League of the Pro will assign upon them, planned for Thursday, 2 July, eight seats on the Board of directors. In fact, no less than eight of the current terms expire. Only the representative of division 1B, Philippe Bormans (Union SG), is not concerned. The four representatives of the G5 (Marc Coucke/Anderlecht, Michel Louwagie/The Ghent, Vincent Mannaert/Club Brugge and Bruno Venanzi/Standard) and four representatives of the K11 (Mehdi Bayat/Charleroi, Joseph Allijns/KV Kortrijk, belgium, Eddy Cordier/Zulte Waregem and Patrick Orlans/Oostende) need to be replaced. The terms of office of the president Peter Croonen and CEO Pierre François complete by mid-2021.
