The Red Flames, the belgian national team female football, trained as a group for the first time in twelve weeks Saturday at the national centre in Tubize. It was the first training of the Red Flames since their return to the Algarve Cup on march 12.

"I wanted to first see in what condition everyone was in," explains the breeder federal Ives Serneels. "The players have not remained inactive during this special period, but they have of course been deprived of their competition. We do not yet intensive workouts. The players should not make big physical efforts, but above all find the feel with the ball ".
