Premier League clubs have put in place a project in which football players from ethnic minorities, called BAME in English, have the opportunity to develop as coaches. Each season, the money will be made available to provide six footballers such training of nearly two years.

Raheem Sterling has recently raised the issue. According to the international English, there are few coaches and leaders from racial minorities in its country.
