Ben Miles, son of Les, commits to Nebraska

The parents' section at Memorial Stadium might be the place to be next season. After picking up a commitment earlier this spring from Keyshawn Johnson's son, Nebraska landed a pledge from LSU coach Les Miles' son, Ben Miles, Sunday.

That means we could someday see both Keyshawn and the Mad Hatter together in the stands in Lincoln. Johnson's son, Keyshawn Johnson Jr., is one of the most coveted receiver prospects in the country, and the ESPN 300 prospect picked the Huskers over a slew of national offers.

Miles' son, though, is fullback that picked Nebraska over offers from Boston College, Michigan State, LSU, Navy and UTSA.

That doesn't mean Miles isn't a valuable get for Nebraska.

Miles, out of Baton Rouge (Louisiana) Catholic High School, fills a number of different roles for his high school team, and the Huskers coveted his blocking and ability to catch the ball out of the backfield.

Also, name recognition is something that could help Nebraska on the recruiting trail. Miles' son is extremely popular with other prospects in Louisiana and throughout the Southeast.

"Everything about Nebraska fit me perfectly," said Miles, who is the 12th commitment in the 2017 class for Huskers. "I like the versatility in their offense and how they could use me. I think Nebraska is also a tremendous place to play and get a great education."
