It is not first time that EU Council President Donald Tuskkurz is making political invitations to EU summits with an invitation letter. On Tuesday he presented his settlement eumilitary migration policy before top meeting in Brussels: In a discussion paper for 28 state UndRegierungschefs he described hirto obligatory redistribution VonFlüchtlingen as "extremely divisive" and " Ineffective ".

It also defends success of resettlement policy: 90Prozent of refugees who were in question at all, are umgesiedeltworden. United in criticizing TuskTusk considers this to be a dressing for eyes and talks about a division of EU on issue in East and west. The question is wher his harsh critique is useful to his cause or not.
