As a result of the accusation of influencing the US election, 13 Russian citizens and three organisations are to be prosecuted. The indictment is conspiracy.

Robert Mueller: US justice accuses Russians of election interference

The US judiciary has raised charges against 13 Russian citizens and three Russian organizations for influencing US elections. All defendants would be accused of conspiracy against United States, said investigator Robert Mueller. According to a grand jury that formulated accusation, accusations were conspiracy, fraud using means of communication, bank fraud and serious cases of identity ft.

The defendants had already started 2014 with ir actions, according to writ published by Ministry of Justice. The 2016 presidential election campaign is also affected. Some of defendants would have spent as Americans and communicated with people who would be associated with campaign of later election winner Donald Trump. The charges were substantiated by numerous circumstantial evidence.

Investigator Mueller investigates extent to which Russian forces have interfered in presidential election campaign. It also deals with possible illegal links between camp of today's president Donald Trump and Moscow government during election campaign. There is also accusation in room that Trump is supposed to have obstructed judiciary in connection with affair.

The Trump chosen at time had always disputed an electoral intervention on part of Russia. He described investigation as a witch-hunt and accused investigators of partisanship--a one-time operation since Watergate-eavesdropping affair of Richard Nixon.

Trump had released a memo from Republican Intelligence Committee chief Devin Nunes, in which Nunes accused federal police of investigating errors. Specifically, it is about surveillance of Carter page, an ex-election campaign consultant from Trump. According to memo, FBI has been relying on a questionable source in pages surveillance.
