REYKJAVIK, Iceland, Dec. 5, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The renowned Icelandic hotel operator, Legendary Hotels and Resorts, is pleased to announce its latest international acquisition: a grand 50-room hotel, located in a truly picturesque location within the an impressive Portuguese national park.
The hotel will be modernized to a high level of quality thanks to the financing of several large retail investors, which will allow each of them to obtain a golden visa and become a citizen of Portugal after a period of five years. The Portuguese "golden visa" program is one of the few European Union "residence to citizenship" programs in existence, and is scheduled to run until at least the end of 2023, according to a parliamentary vote that took place in November. of 2022.
