Madrid, April 29, 2024.- The Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE) and the Muy Interesante Foundation have initiated a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening the dissemination of academic and scientific knowledge. This agreement represents the union of efforts to bring the advances and discoveries of academics and researchers to a wide audience, reaching more than 68 million people per month in Spain and Latin America. The collaboration arises from the mutual recognition of the importance of disseminating the academic and scientific work effectively. The CRUE, which represents Spanish universities, and the Muy Interesante Foundation, with its extensive experience in scientific communication, are committed to working together so that knowledge transcends academic limits and reaches the general public. The objective of this alliance is twofold : on the one hand, to increase the visibility of the work carried out by researchers and academics in Spanish universities and, on the other, to promote curiosity and interest in science and knowledge in society. To achieve this, all the available channels of the Muy Interesante Foundation will be used, from its publications to its digital platforms, ensuring that the content is accessible and understandable for everyone. The objective is not only to inform, but also to inspire. By sharing stories of research, discoveries and innovation, it is hoped to motivate future generations and promote a greater appreciation for the value of scientific and academic knowledge. The CRUE and the Muy Interesante Foundation are committed to this initiative, convinced that effective dissemination of knowledge is fundamental for the development of an informed, critical and passionate society about learning.
