On the logistics platform in the Netherlands, the transport operator DSV will be the formal tenant with a contract lasting ten years, but working exclusively with Primark items.

In this way, Pontegadea continues with its real estate investments after receiving a total of 2,217 million euros in dividends from Inditex in 2023, above the 1,718 million it received for this concept in 2022.
