SCHENECTADY — City police posted a public service announcement with traffic information for those headed to the Rivers Casino & Resort, which opens Feb. 8 off Erie Boulevard in the city.
The video, narrated by city police spokesman Sgt. Matthew Dearing and Patrolman Nick Mannix, includes maps and driving directions for visitors.
