If you were hoping for a sunny day off, it doesn't look like that's going to be today.

Expect rain all day and night this Presidents Day, with some wind in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 31 mph. Temperatures should peak near 48. Total rainfall could reach a quarter to half an inch. 

This evening, temperatures will hover around 39 degrees and winds will slow to around 6 mph. 

Look for more rain Tuesday (hurray) with a high around 48 and low around 35.
